On behalf of the Tribal Energy Consortium (TEC) and The University of Tulsa (TU), we would like to personally invite you and others from your Nation to join us for the ROSA Energy Conference, September 15–17, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

ROSA's theme is "Energy Conversations, Done Differently." Rather than a traditional presentation-based conference, the event is designed around dialogue, understanding, and engagement among Tribal Nations, industry, government, academia, and students.

Whether your Nation is actively engaged in energy development, exploring future opportunities, or simply seeking to better understand today's rapidly changing energy landscape, ROSA is designed to provide practical insights, meaningful dialogue, and opportunities to build relationships with leaders across the energy sector.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive Engagement Labs, participants will have the opportunity to explore energy topics from multiple perspectives, identify information gaps, discuss partnership opportunities, and engage in conversations about realistic next steps for Tribal Nations and their communities.

Our goal is to create a space where Tribal Nations can connect with industry leaders, policymakers, educators, and energy professionals while gaining insights that support informed decision-making and long-term planning.
